Through our partnership with payment processing company, Heartland, we offer you the ability to pay via credit card or ACH. Your information is processed through Heartland and none of your payment information is stored on our website. You have three options:
Mail Your Payment Via Check*

Make Your Payment Via Credit Card*
For credit card payments, use the form below to enter your contact information, credit card information, invoice number and payment amount. Information is processed using Heartland‘s secure payment processing services. There is a 3% processing fee for using a credit card.
Make Your Payment Via ACH*
Please contact our billing department for instructions on ACH payments. There is no processing fee for using ACH.
*Late fees could be incurred if your payment is not received by the due date noted on the invoice.
